Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned research professional to manage and implement complex research projects.

  • The ideal candidate will lead project teams, ensuring timely updates to senior members and overseeing deliverables and tasks.

This role involves conducting research activities, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications, conducting pilot interviews, and facilitating client meetings.

The successful candidate will also initiate client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities, including arranging meetings and drafting client-focused proposals.

In addition, the role requires providing coaching to colleagues, guiding workload planning, and leading teams to foster strong teamwork.

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject and/or professional qualification.
  • 2-4 years of experience in research or a professional services organization.
  • Strong communication skills, solid project management skills, and computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
