About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Strategist to join our team at Janasya. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment (50%), HR Operations (30%), Employee Engagement (10%), Employee Branding (10%)
  • Set clear objectives for the HR team and track progress towards achieving them
  • Incorporate performance management systems to drive employee growth and development
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance reviews and appraisals
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment and support employee well-being
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs based on the organization's annual operating plans
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers and provide guidance on professional growth opportunities
  • Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to inform data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals and objectives
  • Organize continuing learning and development programs for the teams to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely and efficient manner
  • Drive regular employee engagement and retention efforts to foster a positive work culture
  • Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven 3+ years of work experience as a HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems, performance management systems, and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide the HR team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
