Job Description

As a highly skilled Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive end-to-end automation systems. This innovative role focuses on seamlessly integrating various tools into streamlined workflows.

  • Design and implement document automations for receipts, contracts, audit packs, and authority forms.
  • Develop Slack command workflows for one-click actions, including receipt, contract, and audit pack functionality.
  • Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM, encompassing fields, automations, and deal stages.
  • Automate document generation from Google Docs to PDFs, with email notifications and Drive storage.
  • Integrate DocuSign for efficient e-signature workflows.
  • Streamline onboarding processes for Property Management tools like PropertyMe/MRI.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them using AI-driven technology.
  • Create compliance workflows, including intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, and SLA trackers.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure all workflows adhere to security, compliance, and reliability standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms, such as Make.com/Integromat, Zapier, n8n, and others.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation, preferably with Pipedrive.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation, including Docs, Drive, and Sheets.
  • Knowledge of the DocuSign API and integration.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools like PropertyMe/MRI and BGL Simple Fund 360.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows in finance, property, or legal domains.
  • Ops/Systems mindset: able to map complex business processes into structured workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong documentation habits.
