As a seasoned data science professional, we seek an individual with expertise in machine learning engineering to lead our AI ML Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale machine learning systems.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised techniques, classification, clustering, and deep learning.

The selected individual will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Additionally, they should have experience working with various machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the AI ML Delivery team and overseeing the design, development, and deployment of machine learning systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps and architectures for machine learning initiatives.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members and ensuring knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with a focus on AI and ML.
  • 8+ years of experience in developing and delivering AI solutions, with a strong background in machine learning engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving innovation through technical excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to balance technical and business considerations.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and lean principles.

Qualification includes Master's with specialisation in Technology with certification in AI and ML, 8- 12 years relevant of Hands-on Experience in developing and delivering AI solutions. Role Specific Technical Competencies includes Use NLP, Vision and ML techniques to bring order to unstructured data, Experience in extracting signal from noise in large unstructured datasets a plus, Work within the Engineering Team to design, code, train, test, deploy and iterate on enterprise scale machine learning systems, Work alongside an excellent, cross-functional team across Engineering, Product and Design, create solutions and try various algorithms to solve the problem, Stakeholder Management.
