Key Position Overview

Seeking an experienced executive to lead the overall operational strategy of a manufacturing business. This role demands strategic leadership in production, supply chain management, quality assurance, sustainability initiatives, and workforce optimization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Direct day-to-day operations across production planning, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution functions.
  • Production Efficiency: Monitor production lines to ensure timely delivery targets, optimal efficiency, and consistent quality standards are met.
  • Strategic Planning & Coordination: Oversee production planning and material flow to meet customer order deadlines.
  • Quality Management: Implement and monitor strict quality control measures across all production stages.
  • Cost Control & Optimization: Drive cost reduction through waste minimization, process improvements, and enhanced productivity.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in apparel/fabric manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end apparel production processes (knits, woven, fabric, finishing).
  • Proven track record in lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence.
