Job Description:

The role of an Articled Assistant is a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and experience in various areas, including audit, taxation, GST, FEMA, company law, and regulatory compliances. You will work on diverse projects and assignments, developing your skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in audit engagements, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial models and forecasts, as well as providing recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA/CMA students or practicing professionals with relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
