Internship Role in Operations Department

The successful candidate will assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the operations team in their daily tasks
  • Assisting in conducting background verification checks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Contributing ideas for process improvement and optimization
  • Performing outbound calls to gather necessary information

In terms of required skills and qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree or graduate level education in any field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to identify discrepancies

This is a full-time internship opportunity that requires a minimum duration of 9 months. You will be assigned to a team based on your skills, interests, and the team's current needs.
