Job Title: Accounts Receivable Team Lead">

Job Summary:

As an experienced Order To Cash - Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable team and ensuring timely payment from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts receivable systems
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice matters and supplier inquiries
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance AR efficiency and support Lean and Six Sigma projects
  • Query handling and issue resolution, including updating queries in invoices and status updates to Supervisors
  • Assist in adhering to SLA compliance and generation of system-based reports
  • Train and coach team members on the floor to build capability in operations
  • Implement initiatives to improve processes and efficiencies within area of expertise
  • Prepare and update process documents, solving queries of team members, and creating a knowledge database for learning
  • Quality check of all activities and development of policies and procedures for various AR activities

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with night shift rotations

Education and Qualifications:

Full-time regular education (10+2+3)

Graduates and/or postgraduates with 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience

College graduates with Finance/Accounting degree

End-to-end knowledge in Order To Cash and Accounts Receivable Process

Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Language requirement – English

Team leading experience, analytical thinking, strong analytical skills, communication skills, result orientation, good domain expertise, and understanding of SAP, Concur will be a plus
