Job Title: Digital Collections Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Management is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of digital collections agents to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes monitoring team performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance protocols.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow in their roles.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance work environment by encouraging open communication, collaboration, and teamwork among employees.
  • Digital Collections Strategy & Execution requires developing and implementing effective digital collections campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, social media, and chat.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve recovery rates. Utilize data analytics to segment customer portfolios and tailor communication strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track team performance, analyze campaign results, and create comprehensive reports.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports using PowerPoint for senior management and clients. Ensure all collections activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
