Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Sub Broker/Mutual Fund Channel Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard sub-brokers/APs, explain revenue models, and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct training, drive client acquisition, boost Assets Under Management (AUM), and cross-sell products.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), gather market feedback, maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and report progress to management.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a broking house, sub broker channel, or mutual fund distribution.
