As a Senior Digital Design Professional, you will lead the technical design and delivery of innovative building solutions. Your strong technical focus on IoT, platform, and system architecture will enable seamless integration of smart technologies in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical designs that integrate various building systems, including lighting, BMS, security, access control, AV, and occupancy sensors.
  • Create Internet of Things (IoT) architecture across multiple building technologies, such as sensors, networks, microcontrollers, and edge/cloud processing platforms.
  • Design and deliver smart building system designs that enhance the user experience and provide real-time data insights.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, including design briefs, architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and interface schedules.
  • Provide expert guidance on vendor selection, procurement support, and specification development.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored digital solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of key building systems and their interactions with other digital systems.
