Job Title:

Sr. Process Associate

Job Summary:
  • This role is responsible for developing highly advanced Management Information Systems solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include analysis of cost centers, monitoring payables/receivables and generating management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement MIS (Management Information Systems) solutions using MS Excel/MS Access with VBA Programming.
  2. Provide support with the analysis of key figures, budget/forecasting, management reports, and presentations.
  3. Work with the reporting manager and business units to correct any issues with customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience managing MIS activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in working with Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
