Financial Reporting Analyst

Jai Kisan is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for various critical financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closing of Monthly Book of Accounts: You will be responsible for closing the monthly book of accounts, including InterCo reportings, RP reportings, and accounting of various debt instruments.
  • Review and Presentation of MIS Reports: You will review and present MIS reports, including standalone, consolidated, and cash flow reports.
  • Reporting Requirements: You will understand reporting requirements with regard to segment reporting, cost center allocations, and other entities.
  • GLS and LMS Systems: You will conduct periodical reviews of GLS and LMS systems, processes, vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Accounting Process Controls: You will ensure adequate controls for accounting processes, including Enterprise GL and Loan Management Software.
  • Statutory and Regulatory Compliances: You will ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Tax Laws: You will ensure compliance with tax laws, including direct and indirect taxes.
  • Internal and External Stakeholders: You will manage internal and external stakeholders, including internal, external, and other audits.
  • Special Projects: You will provide support on special projects and tasks.
  • GST Law and Filing: You will ensure compliance with GST law and filing of returns and reconciliation with financial statements.
  • Monthly Reporting Dashboard: You will prepare a monthly reporting dashboard for the CEO's office, including OSS, yield, model-wise profitability, and segment reporting.
  • Variance Analysis: You will analyze and identify variances between actual and forecast data.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: You should be a qualified CA with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in BFSI, banking, or NBFC.
  • Independence: You should be able to handle roles and responsibilities independently.
  • Technical Skills: You should be proficient in Tally ERP 9 and MS-Excel.
  • Team Player: You should be a team player.
  • Communication Skills: You should have good communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
  • Accounting Principles: You should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and RBI regulations.
  • GAAP and IFC Implementation: You should be well-versed with I-GAAP, IFC implementation, and IND AS.
