Job Opportunity

  • As a Software Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories for Marketing Cloud data.

  • You will perform functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications to ensure they meet the required standards.

  • You will identify and document defects in the issue tracking system, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution and effective communication.

  • You will participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules or potential problems including those related to Marketing Cloud interactions.

  • You will work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and contribute to the development of high-quality software products.

  • You will provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring that our software meets the needs of our customers.

  • You will document and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status, using metrics to measure progress and success.

  • You will follow established QA best practices and maintain a culture of quality and attention to detail within the team.

  • You will create positive and negative test cases following provided requirements, setting correctly the priority, root cause, and assignee for all reported issues.

  • You will identify missing information and request clarification, staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

  • You will help less experienced QA team members foster a culture of quality and attention to detail, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
