As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation test frameworks using Selenium with Python. Your primary objective will be to ensure product stability by executing and maintaining regression, smoke, and sanity suites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • Perform manual functional testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium with Python.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests for continuous validation.
  • Conduct defect reporting, root cause analysis, and impact assessment.
Required Skills
  • 7–9 years of experience in software testing.
  • Expertise in hybrid testing with strong skills in both manual and automation testing.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium with Python.
  • Solid understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
  • Experience in testing web applications (desktop testing is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to Have
  • Exposure to desktop application testing.
  • Knowledge of other automation tools/frameworks (PyTest, Robot Framework, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
