Cybersecurity Professionals are in high demand, and we need skilled engineers to protect our systems.

We're seeking a proactive Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust security measures.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement security solutions to safeguard IT infrastructure, applications, and data.
  • Monitor networks and systems for potential breaches, anomalies, and threats.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans; lead response to security incidents in a timely manner.
  • Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and other security tools to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevSecOps practices.
  • Maintain and update security documentation, runbooks, and technical reports to keep information current.
  • Educate employees and developers on cybersecurity awareness and secure coding practices to foster a culture of security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong understanding of network, application, and cloud security concepts.
  • Experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Tenable, Qualys, Wireshark, and others to leverage existing investments.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance to navigate complex requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or GIAC to demonstrate expertise.
  • Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) to address the evolving threat landscape.
  • Experience in Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices to embed security into development.
  • Knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure secure deployment.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust Architecture to enhance security posture.
