Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Systems Analyst to develop and implement seamless data flow across systems and support the global rollout of information management systems. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing, supporting, and continuously improving data systems and process workflows to support the Technology organization's data management and design value stream needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, data users, and technical teams to gather and analyze data system requirements.
  • Evaluate data management tools, technologies, and processes to support data system requirements.
  • Develop and implement seamless data flow across systems and support global rollout of information management systems.
  • Create and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation.
  • Collaborate with database administrators, data engineers, and other technical teams to ensure successful data system implementation.
  • Support development of process maps, process documentation, and process automation throughout design value stream.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for system issues, working closely with technical teams to resolve problems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of industry experience with proven experience as a Data System Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.) or other low-code/no-code platform.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL or Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data systems and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills needed to work with cross-functional teams.
