Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business strategy and goal achievement.
  • Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement effective performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track progress and ensure accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field; CA or ICWA certification an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
