We are looking for an experienced lead developer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced Python development skills, with a focus on creating high-quality, efficient, and secure code.

The successful candidate will also have experience in architecting and implementing solutions using MongoDB, Redis, FAST API, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Additionally, they will have a solid understanding of React Framework and frontend-backend integration.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate React-based frontends and backend services. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, mentoring and managing a team of developers to foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

In terms of technical skills, the ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of total experience, with 10+ years of hands-on experience in advanced Python development and design patterns. They will also have strong experience in MongoDB, Redis, FAST API, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Impala, Autosys, and distributed systems is highly desirable. Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is mandatory.
