Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions, demonstrating ownership on calls, responding to customers in an appropriate tone and language, and offering solutions-based approaches for all customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role involves working with various stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management. You will need to possess a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and conflict resolution skills to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all customer interactions as rostered within parameters
  • Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customer
  • Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
  • Offer a solution-based approach for all customer interactions
  • Ensure updation of product system process and policy knowledge
  • Adhere to rostered timing scheduled shifts and activities
Requirements:
  • Graduation degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 months experience in BPO
  • Speak local language
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Problem solving skills
