As a senior associate, corporate finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and driving equity fundraising for our global operations.

Working closely with CXOs and MDs, you will build on the success of $100 million raised from top-tier investors. Your goal is to attract strategic and global investors, aiming for a successful IPO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive equity fundraise processes, meeting critical timelines
  • Lead due diligence processes covering tax, legal, financial, commercial, and technical aspects
  • Prepare business case decks, information memorandums, teasers, and transaction-related materials
  • Manage relationships with current and potential investors, keeping them updated and engaged
  • Support business plan creation and financial modeling, including market intelligence and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to capital markets activity, including debt raises and investor relations

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in fintech or broader NBFC financial services
  • Involved in at least one full fundraise cycle, with high ownership of preparation and documentation
  • Corp dev, investor relationships, IB background
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance fundamentals and analytical skills
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones, with fast-paced environment
