Workplace Experience Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary:

The Workplace Experience Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of workplace services, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for employees and guests.

This role involves managing front desk/reception/guest relations operations, mail room, housekeeping, events, F&B, workplace communication, and campus social and employee engagement events IT.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading soft services with a strategic view to bring the best workplace experience to employees/guests.
  • Ensuring work follows safety standards, conforms to specifications, and that work orders are tracked and completed within budgeted guidelines.
  • Partnering with IFM providers, direct and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Monitoring IFM team KPIs and SLAs.
  • Partnering with F&B providers for continuous improvement and bringing the best experience to employees.
  • MIS, functional data analysis for informed decisions.
  • Exploring industry benchmarking offering in soft services domain and advocating for change/cost optimization.
  • Contributing towards sustainable operations.
  • Working with third-party service providers to develop and recommend strategic facility management objectives.

Requirements:

  • College degree in hotel management or hospitality background.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Completion of training program, apprenticeship and city/state licensure.
  • Experience with technology programs and applications in soft services domain.
  • Proficient with MS Office and MS SharePoint.
