As Associate Vice President / Director of Coding Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks such as operations management, analytical skills, team management, budgeting, and customer service.

This full-time role involves providing strategic guidance and direction to the team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with a proven track record of driving results in fast-paced environments. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
