Job Title: Data Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Executive to lead our offshore Master Data team.

  • Coach and develop the team to ensure high performance standards.
  • Standardize and automate processes with NoCC to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure timely completion of financial and non-financial operations, maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Manage training, routine people development, and compliance activities for the Master Data team.
  • Build relationships between GCC, business unit, and stakeholders.

Data Management Execution

  • Manage the Master Data team within agreed timescales and quality levels.
  • Quality check master data set-up to prevent infractions impacting business operations or customer relationships.
  • Implement an efficient end-to-end process for managing master data.
  • Support project initiatives through active participation.

General Management Activities

  • Maintain MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance targets, including creating a sustainability model and action plans for open issues (100% Quality).
  • Develop backup planning strategies for 100% team coverage.
  • Update Training Tracking Tool documentation and create action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
  • Monitor SLA/KPI achievements and update monthly reports on team performance and close any gaps.
  • Ensure maintenance/update of process training documentation as per EP standards.
  • Review and recommend enhancements for increasing workflow efficiency.
  • Perform routine management tasks in accordance with Excellence Program.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and external parties.
  • Share best practices across the overall business.
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.

People Management Activities

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and safety training requirements.
  • Equip the team to perform their duties and responsibilities.
  • Administer people management tasks.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Execute People Cycle activities according to Excellence Program.
  • Strategize and manage Project-related activities from the Functional Lead, ensuring timely delivery with expected quality.
