Job Description:

A leading global consultancy founded in 1993 with a vision to be a renowned international people and transformational change expert is seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of data management, ensuring accurate data entry, efficient database management, and preparing trackers, reports, and updating them regularly.

You will work proactively with consultants to prepare presentations for client pitches, conduct project-specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information, systematically identify target companies and candidates, track and record executive moves and relevant press articles, utilize the company database and other desk analysis tools, and support the team on competitor insight reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate data entry, correctly skill coded, and contact logs reflect conversations and meetings.
  • Prepare trackers, reports, and update them regularly.
  • Work proactively with consultants to prepare presentations for client pitches.
  • Conduct project-specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information.
  • Systematically identify target companies and candidates.
  • Track and record executive moves and relevant press articles.
  • Utilize the company database and other desk analysis tools.
