Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for conducting complex valuations of businesses and assets.

  • Key responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, identifying risks, and developing discount rates.
  • Conduct market research, develop industry growth estimates, and construct valuation models.
  • Present analyses and conclusions to internal management and external clients.
  • Work closely with Associate level personnel, directing engagement activity and providing review and mentorship as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree and/or certifications including MBA, CA, or CFA would be preferable.
  • Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated experience performing work related to fair value of debt, equity, purchase price allocation, and/or goodwill impairments in a public accounting, consulting, or investment banking environment.
  • Experience in traditional valuation methods such as discounted cash flow method, guideline public company method and guidance transaction method.
  • Comprehensive experience with financial databases such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and other high-level tools.
  • Track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects and delivering under tight deadlines.
  • Functional understanding of financial statements analysis with the ability to work through key assumptions, implicit caveats, and limitations
