Job Description

This is a senior consultant role focused on supporting clients in the public sector with strategy and transactions services. The role will involve working closely with government departments and institutions to improve learning outcomes and deliver insightful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide services across multiple client departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes in the public sector.
  • Work with clients to identify and address complex problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of governance systems and ability to approach problems in a structured manner.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and numbers.
  • Proven experience in consulting or a related field, with a focus on public sector education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel to Chandigarh for a minimum of 12 months (extendable to 24 months).
