MNR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and supporting end-users across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- IT Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

- Monitoring: Monitor IT systems and networks to ensure uptime and performance, promptly addressing any alerts or issues.

- Ticket Management: Manage and resolve IT support tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.

- AWS Cloud Management: Support and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including monitoring, backups, and basic configurations.

- Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software applications.

- Network Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks, ensuring connectivity and security.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support ongoing projects and IT initiatives.

- Training and Support: Provide basic IT training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in IT & Services, E-Commerce, or related industries.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, network management, and system monitoring.

- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) for managing support requests.

- Familiarity with AWS cloud services, including basic management and monitoring.

- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common IT tools.

- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
