Visual Storyteller - Digital Marketing

This role seeks a creative and detail-oriented Visual Storyteller to produce engaging static and motion content across digital, social, and media platforms. In this position, you'll create compelling video and graphic assets that tell stories, drive engagement, and elevate the brand – while leveraging AI tools to boost creativity, speed, and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality static and motion graphics (social media posts, ads, reels, explainers, YouTube shorts, product demos, banners, branding assets)
  • Adapt brand guidelines into dynamic, fresh, and platform-specific visual narratives
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketers to develop cohesive campaigns
  • Optimize assets (static and motion) for multiple channels (Instagram, TikTok, , YouTube, etc.)
  • Stay ahead of design, motion, and AI-driven content trends to keep assets innovative and relevant
  • Integrate and experiment with AI design and video tools (e.g., Sora, Google veo, Adobe Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, Kaiber, or similar) to enhance workflow and creativity
  • Balance creativity with speed and brand alignment, delivering both static and motion assets efficiently across formats

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creating both static designs and motion/video content for digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
  • Strong understanding of design and animation principles — layout, timing, typography, transitions, color theory
  • Familiarity with digital media formats, social platform specs, and optimization best practices
  • Experience working with AI-assisted design and video tools (e.g., Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, Kaiber)
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to translate static visuals into engaging motion content
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Mandatory prior experience in the digital marketing industry
