Job Title:

Microsoft O365 Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage KONE's O365 platform and associated technologies.
  • Develop and maintain configuration guidelines, templates, and documentation.
  • Design and implement technical solutions and guide projects as the O365 technical subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with IT solution, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor and maintain the technical health of the system, including problem management participation.
  • Stay up-to-date on new O365 features and develop adoption and implementation plans for KONE, including related testing and communication.
  • Work with the cybersecurity team and platform owner to achieve and maintain O365 security.
  • Define and own O365 platform access management.
  • Ensure O365 license compliance and optimal license usage.
  • Support the platform owner and technical architect on application/platform lifecycle management roadmap planning and implementation.
  • Participate in KONE communities to learn best practices and share value/experience with the wider group.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of related processes and practices.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent education.
  • Fast learner with a can-do attitude.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in O365 suite administration (cloud and on-prem) in a large-scale environment.
  • Senior expert-level knowledge of Microsoft O365 and related technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Office 365 design and deployment best practices, including integration opportunities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
  • Strong documentation skills, focusing on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent technical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to succeed in diverse, globally distributed matrix organizations.
  • Experience working and collaborating with global IT partners.
  • Clear achievements from previous positions held.
