Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft O365 & Email Security Specialist with expertise in O365 Exchange Administration, Azure, and Proofpoint.The role involves managing and securing enterprise email infrastructure, ensuring high availability, compliance, and protection against threats.Key Responsibilities :- Administer and manage Microsoft O365 Exchange Online and Azure services.- Configure and monitor Proofpoint email security platform.- Implement and maintain anti-spam, anti-malware, and phishing protection policies.- Troubleshoot and resolve mailbox and email security issues.- Ensure compliance with DLP policies and regulatory requirements.- Collaborate with IT security teams to strengthen cloud/email security.Must-Have Skills :- 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 Exchange Administration.- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services.- 35 years of experience with Proofpoint email security platform.- Expertise in email security, anti-spam, and anti-malware.- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Nice-to-Have Skills :- Experience with other email security tools (Mimecast, Cisco IronPort, Symantec, etc.- Knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel).- Familiarity with hybrid Exchange deployments.- Exposure to PowerShell scripting for automation.Location : Onsite Hyderabad.Availability : Immediate joiners preferred.
