As a senior marketing executive, you will be responsible for driving our marketing strategy across India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth initiatives in collaboration with senior management and sales leaders
  • Take ownership of brand development and communication aspects
  • Conceptualize, plan, and coordinate brand promotion and lead generation activities with creative, digital marketing, and PR agencies
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate and brand events and promotions
  • Guide, supervise, and monitor internal customer relationship management and brand teams
  • Initiate, plan, and monitor effective processes in marketing areas
  • Prepare presentations to prospective customers
  • BUILD and develop stakeholder relationships
Requirements
  • Excellent command over English
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle people effectively
  • Outstanding negotiation and social skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Exceptional time and work management skills
  • Well organized and able to maintain a continuous business pipeline that can be monitored by senior management
  • MBA in marketing from a reputed institute is essential
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in services marketing
  • Must be highly conversant with digital marketing aspects
  • Experience in the building materials industry is an advantage
