**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data professional to join our team. As a Data Domain Architect Associate, you will be responsible for harnessing the power of data to drive business decisions and drive innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, particularly with Alteryx workflows, and relational database skills to interpret and reverse engineer legacy processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with end users are essential.

You should have experience with ETL processes and other data-related workstreams, as well as proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and analysis. Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL is also required. Development experience in Python for data wrangling and automations is preferred.

As a key member of our Analytics Solutions and Delivery (AS&D) Team within Workforce Planning, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and interpreting complex data sets using Alteryx/Databricks, reverse engineering existing processes and workflows, and collaborating with end users to gather requirements and understand business needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Technical knowledge of data management, governance, data architecture, and big data platforms like AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts, including operational data vs. analytical data.
  • Experience with ETL processes and other data-related workstreams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data/Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on technical data analysis.
