Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building pipelines, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sales funnels from identified projects and specification leads
  • Build an order pipeline for all allocated key accounts
  • Achieve order and sales objectives (value, product, and segment-wise) for assigned geographies or customers
  • Identify key accounts in the area and influencer networks
  • Classify accounts based on relationship index criteria
  • Engage with influencers for contract jobs and purchase organizations for supply opportunities
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and track competition activities
Requirements:
  • Must be from the NICMR 2024 batch only
  • Hired as trainees for 6 months, posted anywhere in India after that
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of construction management principles.
