Delivery Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead our Agile delivery teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects and programs, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth team operations
  • Raise awareness and resolve impediments that hinder project progress
  • Promote teamwork, motivation, and self-organization among team members
  • Analyze and track Agile metrics, such as velocity and burndown, using tools like JIRA
  • Cultivate expertise in coaching Product Owners and scaling Agile methodologies, including SAFe and LeSS frameworks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery management with strong Scrum principles and frameworks understanding
  • Expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing team impediments
  • Strong focus on team building, motivation, and developing self-organizing teams
  • Proficiency in Agile tools, particularly JIRA, and knowledge of tracking Agile metrics
  • Ability to coach Product Owners and scale Agile using frameworks like SAFe or LeSS
