Key Role: Senior AI/ML Engineer

About This Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to contribute to building innovative, scalable solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Possess 3-10 years of experience in Machine Learning and software development.
  • Hold a degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Be proficient in Python and adhere to software development best practices.
  • Exercise excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Deliver expert advice by conveying a structured narrative to non-technical staff and clients.
  • Foster a coaching & knowledge sharing mindset.
  • Demonstrate experience with deploying ML models to a large user base.
  • Show familiarity with MLOps and leading technical roles in a team structure.
  • Translate customer business needs into end-to-end technical solutions from conception to deployment.
  • Develop carefully architected, scalable, and robust applications through your combined skills in engineering and machine learning.
  • Utilize Python to deploy production-ready pipelines and ML models on Cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Explore state-of-the-art ML research and drive internal evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge tools and frameworks.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of projects and technically guide junior engineers.
  • Deliver technical workshops for clients and leverage expertise to help sales qualify and land exciting projects.
