Financial Markets Professional Wanted

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Markets professional to lead our equity fundraising and investment banking transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and other capital market deals, along with a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines.

  • Lead financial market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Ensure all deals comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in financial markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
