Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Develop, document, and perform manual tests to ensure minimal defects and timely fixes.
  • Manage automated tests to guarantee software excellence.
  • Perform regular full regression testing of the user interface.
  • Maintain user interface software tests to ensure comprehensive coverage of features.
  • Source information from development teams to add new tests as required by new developments.
  • Log issues found in the software and follow up with developers to test once fixed.
  • Determine when issues were introduced into the software.
  • Monitor automated tests and take action to resolve issues when flagged.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a GPA of 8.75/10 or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proficiency with Software Testing/QA methodology, process, and deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience using Linux.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with model compilers (Visual Studio or GCC).
  • Familiarity with Co-simulation and Software-in-the-Loop applications.
  • Exposure to Hardware-in-the-Loop systems.
  • Certification in software testing.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Experience with enterprise-level CAE applications like GT-SUITE.
