Job Title: ServiceNow IT Service Management Specialist

As a ServiceNow IT Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the definition of requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management and possess proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management or ServiceNow IT Operations Management or ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).

The position is based at our Bengaluru office and requires a 15 years full time education.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design and develop applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management platform
  • Create technical specifications and design documents
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business process requirements
  • Perform unit testing and support system integration testing
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management or ServiceNow IT Operations Management or ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR)
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow platform
