Business Analyst for Salesforce

The role of a Business Analyst in this position involves working with customers to understand their business needs and document these requirements. This includes leading workshops, developing requirement specifications, and designing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business requirements through leading requirement workshops
  • Develop requirement specifications according to standard templates
  • Design SFDC Solution Design, Use Cases, User Material, technical and non-functional requirements
  • Review and test the functionality of customizations provided by the development team
  • Demo the solution to the customer for feedback and approval
  • Act as liaison between the business team, technology team, support, and offshore team
  • Act as a mentor to junior and mid-level BAs

Requirements:

  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience including:
    • Led a discovery workshop
    • Produced AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
    • Identified gaps and pain points
    • Elucidated requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Gained client sign-off
    • Prepared for and conducted sprint-end client demos
    • Worked with technical leads onshore and offshore
  • A minimum of 3 years using Salesforce best practices
  • Working within Agile development methodology
  • Working in JIRA or similar project management tools
