Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and innovative Game Designer to conceptualize, design, and develop interactive gaming experiences for mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game design, with experience in mobile game development and a passion for creating engaging and memorable gaming experiences.


As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Conceptualizing and designing interactive gaming experiences for game enthusiasts;
  • Creating game concepts, storylines, characters, levels, and game mechanics that are innovative, engaging, and fun to play;
  • Developing detailed game design documents, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts to the development team;
  • Designing and implementing game features, UI/UX elements, and game mechanics that enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization;
  • Conducting playtesting and user feedback sessions to gather feedback and iterate on game designs to improve gameplay, usability, and player experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in game design, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred;
  • 2+ years of experience in game design, with a proven track record of designing successful casino and slot games;
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology, with experience in slot game development;
  • Proficiency in game design tools and software, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch;
  • Excellent creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of casino and slot gaming;
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment;
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of mobile gaming trends, genres, and player preferences.

Experience in casino and slot games is mandatory.
