Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in accounting or secretarial firms and possess expertise in day-to-day compliance activities, including secretarial support, basic accounting work, and statutory form filings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing basic secretarial compliance tasks, such as preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.), assisting with accounting-related activities like vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support, and supporting statutory compliances like GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
