Agentic AI Engineer Position

This is a senior-level role that requires a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our innovative team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications utilizing Python and relevant frameworks.
    • Architect and build backend systems using Python and relevant frameworks.
    • Integrate large language models through APIs and other interfaces.
    • Optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
    • Develop sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
    • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
    • Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
    • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Requirements and Qualifications

This position requires a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive experience in software development.

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven expertise in Python.
    • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
    • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
    • Experience working with vector databases such as Chroma, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
    • Deep understanding of large language models and their application in building intelligent systems.
    • Proficient with Git for version control.
    • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
    • Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms.
    • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
    • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
