At Alchelyst, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our platform.

  • This is a unique opportunity for an experienced QA professional to work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to design and implement test plans, build automated test suites, and uphold quality standards across the development lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a collaborative individual who can work closely with engineers to understand system architecture and identify risk areas. They will also participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality considerations are embedded early.

  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing and reporting.
  • Monitor test coverage, system performance, and error rates across environments.
  • Contribute to observability and alerting strategies to catch issues early in production.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in QA or software testing, ideally in fintech or private markets. They should be familiar with automated testing frameworks, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration tools.
  • Experience testing systems with AI/ML components or agentic workflows is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
