Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in project coordination, Agile practices, and client communication, with a passion for growing their career in project management.

The successful candidate will assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, time, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients to track updates, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator/Associate/Intern in IT, e-learning, or related domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work in a team-oriented environment.
