SaaS Program Manager Job Description

As a SaaS Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our software-as-a-service solutions. This includes gathering client requirements, estimating delivery effort, sale pricing, resource needs, coordinating on-time delivery, and providing client training.

The role involves developing a plan to engage existing SaaS clients periodically to gather performance feedback, feature requirements, make pricing proposals, close work orders, plan delivery resources, and create a referral client base.

  • Develop a marketing outreach to broader prospects through referral programs as well as direct marketing.
  • Plan actions to reach new, unaddressed market segments such as Digital Currency platforms and more capable FX module.
  • Work with Internal Stakeholders, SaaS clients, BizTech, and finance team to maintain positive working relationships.
  • Provide timely responses to requests, issues, and maintain positive working relationships with SaaS clients.
  • Assist in the execution of project plans for SaaS products, including market research, marketing, technical integration plans.
  • Execution of tasks and any escalations needed on time.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent English proficiency, written and verbal. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently and manage projects with an organization-wide perspective is required.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing management, business administration, IT, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support, IT project management roles or related positions, preferably in a regulated financial institution is necessary.
