Senior Financial Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through the development and implementation of strategic financial plans.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing forecasts and models to inform business decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for sales forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Analyze key business drivers and trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying and explaining variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to review regional metrics.
  • Key interface between Operations and Central Teams.
  • Track key performance indicators to review performance and provide early warning signals to stakeholders for corrective action.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic financial plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
