Quality Assurance Director
Job Summary:
A senior quality assurance professional oversees the implementation of quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and protocols to guarantee quality excellence in real estate development projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and reporting defects or non-compliances.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and review construction documents, plans, and specifications.
Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards, leading the quality assurance team.
Manage quality records and documentation, coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain quality excellence.
Eligibility Criteria:
20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction, with strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM are highly desirable.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required, along with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
