Key Responsibilities
  • We design, develop and deploy machine learning models to address complex real-world challenges.
  • We build and optimize data pipelines for training, testing and inference purposes.
  • We train, evaluate and fine-tune models across supervised, unsupervised and deep learning techniques.
  • We collaborate with product managers, engineers and designers to integrate AI solutions into our applications.
  • We deploy models into production using APIs, Docker or cloud-native platforms.
  • We monitor performance, retrain models and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • We document experiments, model architectures and performance insights.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • We are looking for individuals with strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras is a must.
  • A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics and data structures is essential.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) is also required.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, Git and Docker is necessary.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring) would be an advantage.
  • Exposure to NLP, computer vision or LLMs (BERT, GPT, etc.) would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases or Streamlit/FastAPI would be an asset.
