Job Title: AI Model Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the development and deployment of artificial intelligence models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for machine learning model training, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to operationalize machine learning models
  • Automate and optimize workflows for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model serving
  • Monitor machine learning models in production for performance, drift, and reliability, implementing retraining strategies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Containerization tools like Docker
  • Machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow)
  • Scripting and programming languages (Python, Shell, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
